Go to Employees → Add Employee. Fill in the required fields (name, department, designation) and click Save. The employee will receive a welcome email with login credentials.
Go to Devices → Add Device. Enter the device IP address and SDK port (default 4370). The system will auto-detect and sync attendance records every 5 minutes.
Yes! Employees can use the mobile app or the self-service portal. Enable Geo-Fencing from Settings → Locations to restrict check-in to specific locations.
Go to Payslips → Generate. Select the month and employee(s). The system calculates salary based on attendance, leaves and configured allowances. Download as PDF.
Go to Employees, find the employee, click Edit. Scroll to the Security section and click "Send Password Reset Email". The user will receive a secure reset link.
We support all ZKTeco devices (fingerprint, face recognition, card) via the ZKTeco SDK. Devices must be on the same network or accessible via a static IP.
