Setup Guide

Getting Started & Initial Organization Setup

1. Register Company Account
Sign up for the 14-day free trial. Your company slug and secure database schema will be prepared instantly.
2. Set Up Departments & Designations
Navigate to Organization → Departments & Designations to structure your hierarchy (e.g. Management, Accounts, Software Engineering, Operations).
3. Configure Office Branches & Locations
Add your Head Office and Branch locations with street address and GPS coordinates for mobile geofencing.
4. Add Employees or Bulk Import via CSV
Add employee profiles with auto-assigned Employee Code and Biometric ID. You can also import existing employee lists via CSV spreadsheet.
Hardware Guide

Connecting ZKTeco Biometric Devices via Cloud ADMS

1. Access Hardware Communication Menu
On your ZKTeco device, press Menu → Comm. → Cloud Server / ADMS / Web Server.
2. Enter Server Address & Port
Set Server Address to your HazirA+ cloud domain and Port to 80 or 443. Turn Enable Domain Name ON.
3. Register Device Serial Number in Admin Portal
In HazirA+ Admin Panel, go to Devices → Add Device. Enter the Device Serial Number, select the Branch, and save.
4. Verify Cloud Heartbeat & Push Sync
Within 60 seconds, the device icon will turn green in your dashboard. Employees enrolled in HazirA+ will automatically receive biometric push commands!
Mobile App

Mobile App Attendance & GPS Geofencing Workflow

1. Configure Branch Geofence Radius
Go to Settings → Locations. Pin your office on Google Maps and specify a permissible check-in radius (e.g. 50 meters or 100 meters).
2. Install HazirA+ Mobile App
Employees install the HazirA+ Flutter app from Google Play Store or iOS App Store.
3. Grant Location & Camera Permissions
Upon first login, the app requests high-accuracy GPS and camera permission for attendance verification.
4. 1-Tap Geofenced Punch with Selfie Validation
When inside the geofence perimeter, employees tap Punch In. The system records the precise GPS coordinates, timestamp, and optional selfie.
Rosters & OT

Shift Rosters, Grace Periods & Overtime Policies

1. Create Shift Templates
Go to Shifts → Add Shift. Set Shift In Time, Out Time, and Late Mark Grace Period (e.g. 15 minutes).
2. Midnight Crossover & Multi-Slot Support
For night shifts ending the next morning, enable Midnight Crossover. HazirA+ automatically correlates checkout punches across midnight.
3. Define Overtime Multipliers
Specify OT rules (e.g. Minimum 60 minutes after shift end before OT starts, with 1.5x hourly rate calculation).
4. Assign Shifts Individually or by Department
Assign default primary shifts to employees with calendar-based rotational shift scheduling support.
Payroll & PDF

Automated Payroll Calculation & PDF Payslip Distribution

1. Define Salary Structures
Configure Basic Salary, House Rent Allowance (HRA), Medical Allowance, Conveyance, and Special Allowances per employee.
2. Setup Automated Attendance Penalties
Set deduction rules for unapproved absences, excessive late arrivals (e.g. 3 late marks = 1 day salary deduction), and tax brackets.
3. 1-Click Monthly Salary Sheet Generation
Go to Payslips → Generate Monthly Payroll. Select Month/Year and click Process. The system computes gross pay, deductions, net salary, and OT in seconds.
4. Export PDF Payslips & Bank Transfer Sheets
Download individualized PDF payslips with company watermark or export a consolidated bank disbursement spreadsheet for bKash/bank salary disbursement.

HazirA+ natively supports all ZKTeco biometric terminals equipped with ADMS or Push Cloud Communication protocol (e.g., K40, IN01, MB20, UFace, SilkBio, TX628, G3, VF680, etc.). It also supports standard fingerprint scanners, facial recognition cameras, and RFID smart card readers without needing a static IP at your office.
1. On your device, press Menu → Comm. → Cloud Server / ADMS / Web Server.
2. Enable Cloud Server and enter the Server Address: hazira.ezsoftbd.com and Server Port: 80 (or 443 for HTTPS).
3. Enable Domain Name if using a domain URL.
4. In your HazirA+ Admin Panel, go to Devices → Add Device, enter the Serial Number printed on the machine sticker, and click Save. The machine will connect within 60 seconds!
All ZKTeco biometric terminals feature high-capacity onboard flash memory capable of saving over 100,000 punch logs offline. When the internet connection is restored, the device automatically flushes all pending logs to the HazirA+ cloud server in real-time with zero data loss.
Admins specify their office or project GPS coordinates (Latitude & Longitude) and a allowed radius (e.g. 50 meters) in Settings → Locations. Employees download the Flutter mobile app, log in, and can punch in/out only when physically inside that designated perimeter. Optional live selfie verification ensures authentic presence.
You can configure flexible shift rosters, define allowable late grace periods (e.g. 15 minutes grace before a late penalty triggers), set early departure thresholds, and assign night shifts that cross midnight seamlessly. Overtime is calculated automatically based on your company hourly multiplier (e.g. 1.5x or 2.0x).
Yes! HazirA+ automatically integrates daily attendance records, late arrivals, unpaid absences, and approved leaves into the monthly payroll module. You can customize allowances (House Rent, Medical, Conveyance) and deductions (Tax, Provident Fund, Late Fine), and generate branded PDF payslips with one click.
When your paid subscription expires, HazirA+ activates a mandatory 3-Day Background Grace Period. During this window, your biometric devices continue syncing and attendance calculations run uninterrupted. Admins receive automated SMS and email reminders to renew via bKash, Nagad, Cards, or Bank Transfer for instant activation.
All communications are encrypted using bank-grade TLS 1.3 / 256-bit SSL encryption. We use numeric Biometric IDs and encrypted template hashes rather than raw biometric images. Databases are backed up automatically every day and isolated with strict multi-tenant SaaS security.
