Welcome to HazirA+, a cloud-based Smart Biometric Attendance & HRM SaaS software developed and operated by EzSoft ("we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, subscribing to a package, or using our web portal and mobile applications, you ("Subscriber", "Company Admin", "User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1.1. To access HazirA+, you must provide accurate, complete, and current company details, including business name, official email address, and billing contact information.
1.2. The Subscriber is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of administrative credentials, API access tokens, and two-factor authentication secrets.
1.3. You agree not to upload fraudulent employee profiles or use unauthorized biometric hardware serial numbers.
2.1. HazirA+ connects with supported biometric hardware (ZKTeco ADMS and Push protocol terminals) via TCP/IP or HTTP/HTTPS cloud requests.
2.2. The Subscriber is responsible for physical hardware installation, local internet connectivity, and hardware warranty.
2.3. When an employee is deleted with the "Remove from biometric devices" option enabled, HazirA+ queues a standard ADMS DATA DELETE USERINFO command. The hardware will execute the command upon its next communication cycle with our servers.
3.1. HazirA+ is billed on a recurring monthly or annual subscription basis according to the selected package tier and employee/device quota limits.
3.2. Automated renewal reminders are sent via SMS and Email prior to plan expiry (e.g. 7 days, 3 days, and 1 day before expiration).
3.3. 3-Day Grace Period: When a subscription reaches its expiration date, HazirA+ provides a mandatory 3-calendar-day background grace period. During this grace period, biometric hardware sync, automated punch logs, and calculations continue uninterrupted. Administrative modifications on frontend portals require plan renewal.
3.4. Plan Discontinuation & Migration: If a subscribed package is discontinued by SuperAdmin, active subscriptions continue until the end of the billing cycle. Upon renewal, the Subscriber must migrate to an available active package.
4.1. The Subscriber represents and warrants that it has obtained all necessary legal employee consents required under applicable labor and data privacy laws to collect biometric identifiers, punch timestamps, and GPS geofence location data.
4.2. EzSoft acts as a data processor on behalf of the Subscriber. We do not sell or monetize employee attendance records.
5.1. EzSoft strives to provide 99.9% application uptime. Scheduled maintenance windows are announced in advance via the SuperAdmin notification system.
5.2. We are not liable for internet service provider outages, power cuts at client premises, or third-party telecom SMS gateway delays.
In no event shall EzSoft, its directors, or employees be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from payroll discrepancies caused by incorrect user configuration or unverified hardware punch records.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
